Breakfast was fair… location was ok
The entire hotel needs upgraded and cleaned. My room was fair but their carpets are filthy. In the halls, carpets were bunched up, a huge fall hazard. The young man at the front desk was playing on an electronic device. Didn’t like being bothered.

This place has an awesome location since it's close to the airport! Our room had all the goodies like a flat-screen TV with cable, AC for the perfect temperature, and even a microwave for quick snacks. The staff here were super nice and friendly. 😊

The location here was spot-on for my 3-day business trip - close to lots of restaurants, shopping spots, main highways, and entertainment venues. 🌟 The Galleria district nearby is definitely worth checking out for some exploration!

I couldn't make it to breakfast before I had to get ready for the airport. When I checked out I asked if there was somewhere nearby to get coffee and something to eat. They happily offered me a breakfast bag. What a surprise!

Located in a great area for dining and shopping. Also not a far trip to any attraction in the Dallas area.
The hotel was short staffed. Our room did not get cleaned or made up twice in our 5 day stay. Shower head should be replaced.
